Chris Andersen Joins Lifespace Communities as Newcastle Place Executive Director

Lifespace Communities welcomed Chris Andersen on April 29 as executive director at Newcastle Place in Mequon, Wisconsin. Andersen has 29 years’ experience in healthcare and senior living, including previously serving at Lifespace as executive director at Beacon Hill, Claridge Court, and Oak Trace from 2004 to 2013. Most recently, he served as executive director at Oakmont Senior Living for the Simi Valley and Riverpark campuses.

“Chris has a proven track record of developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture that leads to growth and a positive resident experience and engaged team members,” said Andrew Kazmierzak, vice president, regional operations for Lifespace’s Midwest region. “He has extensive experience in senior living operations and truly wants to build relationships with our residents and team members. Chris is a welcome addition to the team.”

Andersen is excited about returning to Lifespace and building relationships with the residents and team members at Newcastle Place. “The focus on the resident experience and care across levels of living that Lifespace is known for really resonates with me. I look forward to being a part of the culture of servant leadership and returning to the continuum of care within one campus,” he said.

Andersen earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration summa cum laude from Capella University and is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Illinois, Kansas, and Virginia.
